Job Description: Temporary Admin/Property Manager

EBW Home Solutions LLC is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin/Property Manager for a temporary position in Memphis, TN, with the possibility of becoming permanent. This part-time role is ideal for students or individuals with a flexible schedule, offering a Monday through Friday work schedule from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., with weekend availability necessary during the month of November.

Responsibilities:

• Handle FFL (Federal Firearms License) transfers, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Accept and sort incoming mail and packages, including firearms, following safety and regulatory protocols.
• Manage housekeeping tasks between Airbnb guest stays, ensuring property is clean and presentable for the next guests.
• Oversee and follow through on home maintenance tasks, including coordinating with vendors, scheduling repairs, and tracking ongoing projects.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed, including filing, managing property schedules, and maintaining clear communication with guests and vendors.
• Remain on-site for the duration of each shift, even on days with no active tasks or deliveries.

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check due to handling of FFL transfers and firearms.
• Must be comfortable handling firearms and accessories. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Comfortable performing basic housekeeping and home maintenance tasks.
• Weekend availability required during the month of November.
• Experience in property management or administrative work is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

Starting at $13.50

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Weekend availability required for November.

Duration:

Start Date: October 15, 2024

End Date: December 31, 2024

Possibility of becoming a permanent position after the temporary period.
